A small company of 180 employees, the Mint Group have built their business on the foundations of good management. Friendly and approachable, company directors are on first name terms with all members of staff and never reluctant to involve themselves in a practical capacity.
What characterizes much of the company’s success is an ability to seize and exploit opportunities to their full potential. The breadth of their portfolio demonstrates an ability to operate successfully across a diverse range of business interests. Achievements to date include the dramatic transformation of the live music venue KOKO and the outstanding success of Infernos nightclub in Clapham.
